Orders & Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diner’s Club) are accepted as well as PayPal.
Payments are processed through Stripe and Paypal. No credit card information is stored after your order has been processed.
For handmade items (bookmarks, art prints), order processing times are between 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday). Most packages are shipped within 24 hours.

All other merchandise (apparel, gaiters, mouse pads, bandanas, wall decor, home goods) are shipped via third party with processing times between 7 to 14 business days (Monday-Friday).
If you haven’t received an order confirmation email after 1 hour, please contact me to make sure your order went through.

Products

What digital products are available?
Digital downloads are available for certain art print sizes. Those sizes include 5×7, 8×10 and 8.5×11. Larger sizes will be printed and mailed via third party.
Art prints and canvases come in multiple sizes – 4×7, 8×10, 8.5×11, 16×20, and 24×30. Please read the details for the exact sizes available for each product.
Almost immediately after purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. If you do not receive this email, contact us and let us know.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available for select products. Handmade items are not available for international shipping. I currently ship within the United States and to Australia, Canada, and the UK.

The list of products available for overseas shipping is as follows:

  • Bandana
  • Art Prints
  • Canvases
  • Bags
  • Pillow Cases
All handmade items (bookmarks, some art prints) ship free of charge to the US via the United States Postal Service (First Class or Priority, depending on the weight).

Shipping costs for all other merchandise depends on the item, quantity, weight, and shipping destination. When you go through the ordering process, you will be presented with shipping options and able to see your total order cost, including shipping, before checkout.
Vexenwraith is not responsible for lost orders or stolen items. Please contact your local Post Office with your tracking number. You can also file a claim.

Cancellation & Returns

Can I cancel or change my order?
Vexenwraith will try to accommodate cancellation requests, however once an order for a handmade item is submitted, it immediately goes into processing. If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please do so before your order ships.
Vexenwraith wants you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you’re not, you’re welcome to return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.

Paper products (bookmarks, stickers) are not eligible for return.

Facial-wear (neck gaiters) are not eligible for return unless there’s a misprint.

Sale items are not eligible for return.
